Shooting of Jayaraj's 'Kannaki ' Completed. This movie based on famous English classic 'Antony and Cliopatra' is produced by Mahesh Raj under the banner of Neelambari films. Screen play and dialoges by Sajeev Killikulam, Lyrics by Kaithapuram Damoodaran Namboodiri, Music by Kaithapuram Vishwanathan, Camera Ravivarman. It is having Lal, Raghuvaran, Cochin Haneefa, Siddhique, Ramu, Sadhique, Alex Kadavil, Harisree Martin, Nanditha Das, Kalpana etc in lead roles.

Veteran Filmmaker Adoor Gopalakrishnan is back in action. After a six-year silence, he is wearing the director's cap, with 'Nizhalkuthu', the shooting of which is to begin later this week. The film will offer a slice of history, according to sources. The cast includes Oduvil Unnikrishnan and Sukumari. Mankada Ravi Varma.
